This Accidental Damage Protection Plan governs the support process for accidental physical and fluid damages for Xiaomi Devices sold on Amazon India. This Plan is not valid for any products that are either refurbished or purchased by a customer post a return from the first customer, even in an unboxed condition
PROTECTION BEYOND WARRANTY – Mi Complete Protect helps you protect your mobile phone from Accidental and Liquid damages for a period of 1 year, beyond the scope of basic brand warranty. The plan will auto-activate within 15 days of the device purchase date. No cooling period is applicable & claim will be eligible from the date of device purchase.
WHAT IS COVERED? -This plan Coverage begins when the Customer purchase the Plan for his (“Device”) and ends on completion of one year from the date of purchase of the Plan (“Plan Term”). This warranty is applicable only on new XiaoMi product purchased at Amazon. Service charge of Rs.413/- inc. taxes is the admin fee collected by the ASC directly
HASSLE-FREE REPAIR – Minimal documentation is required from the customer during a claim. One time Minimum deductible needs to be paid by the customer to Mi Authorised Service Centre directly. Customers can cancel the policy maximum within 7 working days from the date of purchase.
HOW TO RAISE A CLAIM? – Schedule a service at your convenience from your Amazon account itself by navigating to Your Orders section in your Amazon account > go to the product order > click on Get Product Support > schedule an appointment. We use genuine spare parts & repairs carried out through MI Authorized service centres.
